Isn't my CPA already doing this?+
Your CPA may be doing exactly what you hired them to do. Filing a return and planning so you owe less are two different jobs, though. A return looks back at a year that's already finished, while planning starts with what you expect to earn and decides what should happen before December 31st.
Do I have to replace my CPA?+
You don't have to decide that on the call. We also prepare business and personal returns at a flat rate, so if you'd like one team planning and filing your taxes, we can do both. That's the simplest way to make sure the plan actually makes it onto the return.
Is it really okay to pay my kids and my spouse through the business?+
Yes, when the work is real and the paperwork matches it. These rules have been in the tax code for decades, and what stops most families is documentation, not eligibility. We set up the job description, a fair wage for the actual work, a timesheet and a real paycheck, and we run it in our own family first.
How do I know your fee won't cost more than I save?+
You see the number first. We collect your tax information and projected income, pick the strategies that fit your business and show you, in dollars, how much we expect to save you before you sign an agreement or pay us anything. Our aim with every client is that you save more than we cost.
What does it cost?+
Our tax strategy fee depends on your business, so it isn't published on our site. We quote it up front once we know your numbers, you see your savings summary before you pay, and the fee can be split into monthly installments. Returns are prepared at a flat rate, never by the hour or by the form.
Is it too late to save anything on my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. Family payroll only counts for the pay periods it actually runs, and many of the moves that cut a 2026 bill need to be in place before December 31st. The savings show up when your return is filed next year.
What happens on the strategy call?+
It's a 45-minute call with Rabecca or Eric. We go through your revenue, your entity, how you pay yourself, who's on payroll and what you're planning before the year closes. Then you get a straight read on where you look overtaxed and what our team would take over, and if we aren't a fit, we'll tell you.
What should I bring to the call?+
Your 2025 business return, your 2025 personal return and this year's profit and loss report from your bookkeeping software. If your spouse helps run the company or you file jointly, bring them too.
